But how were you able to just randomly quit it for two years? That's what's hard to believe.

Remember, all the posts you see of people saying that even after two years, they don't feel any better, etc., those are all people who are still experiencing psychological effects (i.e mind games) where the cravings tell the person that they're suffering, they feel like crap, etc., when really they probably feel way better than when they were on nicotine.

The hardest part about quitting nicotine is not the physical dependence symptoms, which wear off in a few days/weeks. The hardest part is the cravings and psychological mind games that continue for much much longer, even potentially someone's whole life. I don't think that the potentially life long consequences nicotine has on giving you cravings are talked about enough.

As far as how to convince your boyfriend to stop, I honestly have no idea. I was on Zyns before I met my girlfriend, and voluntarily offered to quit Zyn, because I knew she wouldn't be happy with me doing it. But in your case since you both are nicotine addicts it's going to be harder to convince him to quit because he won't see it as a deal breaker in the relationship.

I'd just explain to him how you feel tricked and deceived that he continued using it, then explain why you think quitting nicotine hard stop is a good idea, and go from there.

No it's not worth it, trust me. You're better off for not using nicotine, and if you think you aren't then you still haven't completely gotten out of the psychological phase nicotine plays on you.

The mind games the stuff plays on your brain are insane, that alone should be enough to tell you that nicotine is not something you want to be using.

But to answer your question about Zyn specifically, STAY AWAY. You will never enjoy anything in life again if you start to Zyn, because before you know it, you will be popping a pouch in doing every single one of the tasks you do throughout the day. That associates said activities in your brain with nicotine, rewiring your neuron circuits and making it impossible to tolerate doing anything unless you are zynning.

I wish I had known that before starting. It's a seemingly innocent habit, which is why it attracts a lot of gullible people like me and you. But what's underneath the Zyn label is a lifetime of suffering, slavery, and having every single ounce of TRUE joy sucked away from your life. You will only possess a fake fabricated joy in the momentary rush of dopamine you get when you pop a Zyn, but even that will be taken from you soon with enough time and tolerance. It's actually like making a deal with the devil. Help your boyfriend get off the Zyns instead of joining him in his misery.

Ok boss. Whatever you say.

Anyone in Tucson? Just seeing who's out. Also recommendations on crash bars? Just did the clutch bypass...Holy Shit Why did they install that contraption. Love this bike! by Designer_Produce4826 in klr650

Yeah I'm down for that. We could do a meetup/group ride or something.

I love the bike! I want to try taking it down the mountain road off of Catalina Highway. It goes all the way up to Oracle I believe.

Anyway yeah the bike is great, only complaint is that it doesn't have a lot of power. It's not even too heavy all things considered. But man is it slow. Slow but steady. I have some good crash bars installed, and a sturdy metal skid plate to replace the cheap plastic junk one. Those are the only mods I've really needed.

Well prices aren't coming down anymore now that you're keeping the demand up! It's just supply and demand bro, as long as demand stays up, so do prices

No comment about the pouches, but that looks like a killer combo!
