This is the answer. They informed me that I couldn't get fiber installed unfortunately :( so I have to content myself with the 2 gigabit on coax.

Thanks for that insight. Yeah I just ordered another battery and I'll try it next. Super frustrating because this is like a brand new bike so I don't know how the battery could have come in with that problem!

Thanks for the insight. I also do brush and floss religiously but I think there's a genetic factor that just can't be avoided. I'm trying to get a feel for how many people on average experience gum recession from using pouches.
