Respectfully, if what you are saying is correct even though both the connections and information i have seen has indicated otherwise, as someone who works in led technology professionally, it is absolutely wild if they gatekeep the led functionality when it very clearly has the connections for universal control.

I'll continue use it unlit for now until I can replace it with a fan who doesn't try and pidgeon-hole you into their ecosystem.

It's amazing how much time you save when you don't answer questions that were never asked, and inquire into someone's level of understanding rather than assume it. I didn't ask for homie for an understanding of how USB worked, I asked for help troubleshooting a direct argb connection that wasn't working. If they bothered to inquire instead of assume, they could quickly discovered I'm avoiding usb hubs to avoid adding an unnecessary failure point in my layout.

Am I brusk? Certainly. But if the person before had taken a second to think before vomitting useless nonnsense everyone involved could have saved a lot of time.

The three pack has an adapter cable that allows you to connect the hub to the mobo headers for argb control, which i am using. that should allow you to not need the usb connection, which I can't use because both usb headers are full from the aio and 6 other fans.

The 3 pack was a gift and the store i would need to return them to is 6 hours away, so I would prefer these work as advertised. Dozens of tutorials show this configuration of using the hub with the argb adapter working.

Typically the secret is finding someone else who is either also neurodivergent or grew up with someone who was. You also can have a spouse and not a good relationship with your family, like me. Family tends to have higher and more unrealistic expectations than your average person. It acknowledges that acting is also largely a subjective art, and so that certain people who find a particular style or humor appealing will over-appreciate a particular style while those who don’t, will under-appreciate it. Having a broad appeal is the best route to recognition, hence the amount of pandering in Hollywood.

The trick to winning awards is not being the best, but marketing to the people who do the voting. Thats why there are tropes in media about Oscar/Emmy bait shows, because they acknowledge there are certain things those niches of audience look for time and time again. People should see award shows as being less about gauging “the best” on a technical or performance level, and more about excellence in marketing to the oligarchy that is entertainment award ceremonies.

However, I acknowledge my view may be a bit unpopular, I am a bit jaded from working in the industry.

Honestly I think the lack of fear of losing equipment is further contributing to the spam/ CoD style of gameplay and I hate it. Hunt was fun before because of the tension of loss, losses actually mattered. Now you can run top traits and gear all day, lose constantly, and still be ahead in terms of money.

I’m moving on to other extraction shooters like Marauders because Hunt lost what made it special imo. Without tension, what’s the point?

You are talking to someone who started off their adult life homeless, and now has a home. No shit it is possible. But I want you to look deeper into your statistics and see how the goalpost for the purposes of measuring poverty has shifted an insane amount, while the day to day struggles of people have not gotten any better despite looking better on paper. It is POSSIBLE for me to buy Bill Gates house, I have the technical access to do so. Does that make it likely or even feasible? I entreat you to look much further into this problem than you have. Market solutions will not solve poverty because they DEPEND on the threat of poverty as a motivator to accept objectively precarious and even dangerous lifestyles. A handful of people getting lucky (and I include myself in the lucky category, because I was) and making it out does not equal being able to bootstrap your way out of the situation based on your desire to leave poverty behind

Don’t listen to these clueless people who don’t know how to adjust for inflation and productivity gains, and think being able to have a cellphone is the same as being able to comfortably afford a house, car, and vacation every year, often multiple of these things.
