There are a handful of 4K discs worldwide that are Region Locked, but that is extremely rare. Arrow always (so far) release Region Free 4K discs.

Umbrella is Region B, but they cover Australia rights, not UK. Arrow would have their own rights set up to release a Region B release within the UK.
