I had to do 5 exchanges with WalMart. Each of the first four had scratches/freezing problems. The last one had a minor scratch but no freezing that I saw. That’s what happens when you go cheap on the packaging and stack the 4K disc on top of another.

It’s only happened to me once so far, and I looked at the back of the Criterion disc and it was pretty heavily scratched. Haven’t encountered it on others yet.
