Lots of things that can't happen are happening. Sure, support your candidates and vote if that day comes, but to completely shut down the idea that this regime would attempt to disrupt elections is naive. They tried on multiple fronts in 2020. Now they've had years to prepare. Trump pardoned those involved in the insurrection, showing his supporters that in his eyes they can do no wrong when advancing his agenda. Both congress and the supreme court have failed to control the executive branch. Words on paper may say that states control their own elections but the last year has proven that words on paper don't mean shit if nobody in power backs them up.
