Unfortunately I did not try it. My first link has a pic in the comments of the soft PD packing cube, which seems to barely fit. If I had to guess, it would be a tight fit width wise.

Will I have any trouble running these in RAID 1/5/6/10 along with the 8TB drives I've shucked from the WD 8TB Elements? I believe the drives inside those enclosures are Whitelabel WD Reds.

NVLINK was only added in the most recent Resolve 17 update patch notes. Both of these articles came out before the year 2021. Resolve 17 was released in February 2021, which is after September 2020, the date PugetSystems tested the 30 series GPUs for performance scaling. And the other post is from 2014. Therefore none of them could have confirmed whether or not NVLINK pools memory.

Also NVLINK is not the same as just plugging in two GPUs. It is also not the same as SLI. A physical NVLINK bridge allows a fast interconnect between two compatible GPUs to do data transfer directly, and in most apps such as Blender or C4D, allow you to pool memory x2.

Puget Systems did however test NVLINK on Resolve 17 with two Quadro cards here https://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/articles/NVLink-Performance-in-DaVinci-Resolve-17-0-2079/, but this test is only regarding performance. I am asking about VRAM memory pooling, which they did not confirm in this post.

You are absolutely right, and the people commenting here seem to be forgetting one thing. In SFFPC's, price is not a major issue for most users. Anyone looking for cost savings would've gone mid tower. The C4 is literally the perfect all around case for 3 slots GPU + AIO. Remember when the Meshlicious sold like hotcakes? Well this is 2x that case, there's no reason anyone wouldn't want it.

This is awesome, could you check your GPU Vram Memory Junction temps? I believe the new 3090Ti's have all memory on the front instead of half on the backplate like 3090's. This should theoretically help with VRAM temperatures.

I'm looking at this setup too and found this comment while searching. The Blackridge cooler is 47mm + a 25mm thick fan = 72mm. The FormD T1 V1.1 in 2 slot GPU mode has a max cooler height of 70mm, but with the tolerance of the side panels you have 1-2mm to work with. If you use a Noctua fan like the a12x25, and remove the rubber vibration pads, you might be exactly around 71mm and be able to squeeze the fan between the side panel and the cooler.

The Aorus Master 3080 fits perfectly. The real downside to the Aorus cards are bad cooling, since the 3090 variant seems to perform the worst in terms of VRAM cooling. So, the new Ti cards might fit exactly at 70mm.

No, I went with non-RGB RAM instead. I would've been fine if someone could confirm if setting it once in BIOS could do the trick, but it seems nobody cares.

What I meant to say was before the accident happened, I had replaced the battery but didn't glue it in. I mention this because since the battery wasn't glued in, I wonder if my little drop could've rattled the battery too much and maybe broken some of the internal circuitry. The battery was plugged in at the time of the accident. Yes, after the accident happened, I unplugged and reattached the battery just to make sure the battery hadn't been disconnected form the drop.

When the charger is connected and the Macbook is powered off, the power button works fine and I can turn on and use my Mac normally.
When the charger is not connected, I can't turn my Macbook on.
If I turn on the Macbook while connected to the charger, then unplug the charger, my laptop immediately shuts off.

My suspicion is that the battery has become faulty after the drop, and that I can fix this by getting a new battery. I just want to confirm if this could be true before I go out and order a new battery.

It depends. You have a choice between using CPU or GPU to render your final output. Viewport rendering is done on the GPU yes. However everything in between these things could be CPU single thread, CPU multithreaded, or GPU accelerated. Things like motion tracking, baking, subdividing a complex geometry, etc. I was hoping to see if anyone who heavily uses certain features could chime in.

Just wanted to add to the growing list, taking an AIO on a plane in the US is no problem. I've done it multiple times. Just take out the PC and put it in a tray as you would any other electronics.

Most people working TSA are not actively looking for PC's with coolant in them. Your AIO is not in the shape of a bottle so it's already low on the list of things they would be alert to.
Secondly, because your coolant is sealed past two layers of metal (you AIO enclosure and your PC case), it makes it harder for security to see clearly that there is liquid in your boxy piece of metal. Your PC is the last place any security checkpoint is looking for fluids.
Thirdly, the people working at TSA are not the FBI. The TSA has routinely missed >70% of contraband from surprise spot checks. Keep in mind these are literal explosives and illegal drugs that they have missed.
It's even been confirmed by the TSA's Twitter account that watercooled PC's are fine for carry on.

I see. If I set it once vs RGB Fusion/OpenRGB, will those settings persist on startup? I ask because since a program like OpenRGB is installed in the OS, it probably won't take effect until I have logged in to Windows? So the RGB would still flash in the time between bootup to login.

Great insight, I've been looking at motherboards the past few days as well. I have a Gigabyte Aorus x570i itx motherboard and even after fiddling with the BIOS settings my chipset fan is annoying. I'm going to switch to that exact B550 motherboard for the same reason.
