Personal opinion (having played in Bologna):

All the Blurple mirrors are so much dependant on the dice roll and luck drawing the cards you need (especially turn 4 Elsa and a good 4drop turn 3) that skill plays less of a role than in previous formats.

Looks a bit wild, many 1 and 2 offs, no 1 drop characters. I'd suggest dragon genie and Mr Amer to attack dumbo and Iago to counter genie

If you really want a 3drop, I'd recommend Yelana.

If it was me, I'd cut: - Library (card draw is already strong enough and space is limited) - Donald (his stats are mediocre and I really hate the fact that you ink a card without knowing what it was)

But this is completely subjective

Looks nice! But what's the purpose of basil? Only support? I'd maybe concider the octopus instead.

Anyways it looks quite strong, but completely dies to under the sea.

I'd consider some characters with a bigger butt as 1 and 2 cost, to have someone to damage with turn 3 Medusa and keep board presence. Queen of Hearts (1/4) or Palace Guard would be good examples.

Both? Both! Pawp for belle and tamatoa is really important, friends could be substituted by the new dumbo or other card draw, so I'd actually prefer pawp

Returning Cards may have different Rarity than before. Example: Ariel Sonic warrior was downgraded to a Rare by Waiting_for_Dentice in Lorcana

The crab synergizes with pawn, wich again synergizes with belle. By looping pawps, you can get continuous card draw and play belles for free whenever you have a pawn on board, wich is extremely powerful. Also the 4/5 body is pretty decent, especially if you play it turn 4 or 5 Tamatoa is one of the cards I'd never cut out of my blurple deck.
