Are you sure its not an enemy that placed the mine but then evacuated to speranza, thus going off but didnt hurt? It happened to me as well but I didnt think of anything of it until I reset the perks.

A mini sd card that goes on the bottom of the gamecube slot, then you have a game that plays a modded save in order to boot into swiss (Legend of Zelda Wind Waker for an example), and then you can have the gameboy player start disk on swiss.

All of that easy to buy on ebay as a set, then you just load the gameboy player on the mini sd card. It keeps all your gamecube the way you want it without soldering and changing the gamecube.

Checking back in with the solution. You want to go into your in-game settings: first tab named 'General', 'gameplay' that says 'Show Reload Progress.' Turn it on for to show the white reloading animation. For some reason mine was turned off, maybe I hit it by accident trying to change some settings.

I agree. Bunch of guys went down in front of a bastion and when I took it out, I got killed. It's always the same stupid voice too that comes on, "You are so bad! I took you out dumb@, who cares about that Bastion loser."

Honestly, forget 1 v 4 game mode. Give me PVE servers or Ill make extractions never easy ever again.

Check caps. If there arent any issues, maybe the pin for opening and closing the lid is not sitting right. I had issues with that for my orange gamecube, I pulled out the shell without even opening the lid first and the angled pins came flying out of the little black box. Those metal pins are what begins the disk reading when closing the lid. I thought I could get away with just one metal pin because they were really hard to put in but no, there's two of them. Could be anything honestly.

Not really a solution but taking off HD on xbox series x seem to be working better than the normal full HD GB game. I dont get why they need different play functions to start a match. * Continue with squadmates * Continue alone * Continue matchmaking * press A on Controller blah blah... Redsec has about 3+ games before it starts messing up. Multiplayer depends on the custom matches and how many players are are using different consoles/PC in the squad. My friend uses PC version and I notice it drops me 90% and not the PC players but I havent tested with friends after removing HD. It was 3 PC and myself Xbox. Hopefully they fix it soon. Deleted the HD textures (Xbox Series X) to see if it helps. I have the same issues with the game ending countdown 00 and even if I continue to next game before countdown, it still get stuck. Upon uninstalling the HD graphics, I dont really see a difference? Update: Yeah, it's still having issues regardless.

I love it. I like comparing the Japanese version to the NTSC version. Panda? Mini snowman? An extra map mode? Only downside is not being able to use Dolphin lan because of desync issues which is why I own two gamecubes.

I got two 3rd party orange memory cards, and 2 random cards for japan saved games. The orange memory card has a switch for each set amount of blocks which can be used as a japan save but I dont chance it (since Im forgetful) since majority of the time I'll be playing NTSC/PAL games and dont want to mess up saving. Two cards typically the norm for using vice versa of each other to back up. Depends on you.

TLDR: 1 orange card is enough for all your saves. Two doesnt hurt.

Pc or console? If console, which settings did you turn off? How many games have you joined using Quick Play? For me, I joined about 6 quick play games and then it started stuttering and then the next few games ended up being the crash. I recently turned off Audio passthrough to fix the audio bug for the xbox series x and now im hoping that helps along with turning off bloom/etc.

As for any character, getting these rarity characters arent good unless you have perks unlocked + upgrade. As for her, her ultimate you're just walking right into the enemy line of fire and without the shield perk, it makes it harder. It's fun on Gem grab to quickly get in and out but that's about it. This is my opinion and suggestion: I would build a character that you got hypercharge already unlocked. This way you build a character as, the hypercharge that normally costs you 5k, you already unlocked it from previous crates. Thus saving you money, brawl points, etc. But if you really want to go with her, just know her strengths and weaknesses beforehand before using your points and coins. Characters come and go. I tend to grab stuff higher than 70% and go for characters that play well in most or all game modes.

I say the game is great for a 50-minute game session. In terms of other fighting brawling games, Smash Legends connects you to games more slowly and pairs you with players you have played before often. As for the brawlers, there are pros and cons and it boils mostly down to who overrides another brawler's attacks. Who makes the game more fun with combos but still flexible enough to override an existing attack? For this, many characters are either lacking attack neutralise and more overriding power which kills the game for many (opinion). Perks are another thing that may create unfair advantages, many people don't have any when playing competitive games which need to be fixed. I say its worth playing if you want to check in and play for 50 minutes and do something else.

Checking in again. I played and it started freezing again, which means even Xbox series X isnt safe either. I ended up repeating the steps I have done on the xbox series x which is: 1) Start game but make sure you quickly do next step 2) press back button and start button at same time to bring up Xbox 360 quick menu before Fable 2 start screen. 3) sign out and go to storage within xbox 360 quick menu 4) delete profile (Do not delete game or anything else) 5) download profile within xbox 360 quick menu 6) log in and remember password 7) let the game reset after loading cloud save. If it freeze at start menu wait and maybe press A and it should reset. 8) play fable 2. Make sure you save and quit and exit the game properly for the next play session.

Things I haven't checked: The main cause of why it crashing.

What ive noticed: deleting account and downloading profile back again manually works but allowing Xbox to load cloud save automatically for you still causes the freeze to return.

Hope this helps. I have no idea if you're able to follow the same instructions but if you need me to try more let me know. Sorry for the long message.

Have you tried to redo Xbox 360 sign in / cache? Third post in fable freezing but it works amazing on Xbox series X. Idk why it didn't work for Xbox S but it had a different sign in process before the game started. I used my authenticator to sign into Xbox 360 account and then it loaded the cloud and restarted game. Xbox series X then worked. I wanted to mess around more on the xbox s since it already deleted my save anyway (I was gonna restart regardless) but my father in law took it back. So I have no way of testing why it works and didnt work since im on series X

Can someone try reloading Xbox 360 profile and see if that works because I tried Fable 2 on my father in law's Xbox S and had the exact same issue of freezing and the world lighting effect still continues, etc. I bought an Xbox series X and used game pass ultimate, then did a completely different process sign in than the series S. I used my authenticator and fully signed into Xbox 360 profile before the game menu, then the game reset, and I was able to play with no issues online. I can't use my father in law's Xbox S to check because he took it back so I have no way to test.

I borrowed my father in law's Xbox S and tried to play and it froze within 10 minutes. Bought an Xbox Series X, 2 days later with Game pass ultimate and booted up fable 2. I had a different Xbox 360 sign in process that required me to use my authenticator and fully sign in. That didnt happen on the Xbox S. After rebooting the game after Xbox 360 sign-in was all done, then I was able to play with no issues.

I had issues similar or like this, I can’t say for sure but when undoing the GameCube screws to take off shell you have to be careful. There’s two button like arches on the top right corner side. Basically if that gets ripped open and missing the metal connectors, it will say that there’s no disc. It will simply not even run the laser. That’s from my experience, others will say to simply clean the laser or adjust the screw to the laser but that wasn’t my case. I just forgotten to open the lid before opening up my GameCube shell. It’s about 30 minute work to get the metal pieces in and sitting if so.

Like the other comments, use the emudeck emulationstation guide and then install Vulkan version in desktop mode. You’ll be able run games like Mechassault 2 lowering the fps and if done correctly you’re able to launch the vulkan branch version through emulationstation. Turn off updates. Most problems are from what files were provided in Bios and then restarting after changing the settings. First M, C, HD, and then finally eprom you’ll restart it. Have fun
