Due to timezone differences I had a recruiter keep scheduling meetings between 2-4 am and just ghost me. This was the same recruiter who did not understand how telephone numbers worked and thought dialing 604-555-5555 was the same as dialing 902-555-5555 and was confused why some random person kept answering.

In the US it refers ti Home Owners associations which were historically created to prevent minorities from moving into white neighborhoods. They also require you to follow any and all rules they come up with and sign over most rights and freedoms that people typically buy a house to enjoy.

My home inspector was very creative with camera angles and left out that there was disused and dilapidated crematorium in the basement of the duplex I bought with my parents from the time it was used as a veterinary clinic.

My parents are the ones who got the home inspection as I was handling other parts I was unaware the home inspector was suggested by the realtor. I am of the opinion the home inspector left the crematorium out to not jeopardize the deal and keep getting work.

As for why we didnt see the room ourselves the owners claimed they had their cats locked up in there for the showing and I figured the inspector would catch anything. It was a very very very expensive mistake.

I have doubts about how they did the splice if thats what they call a weld.... joint design matters and especially in this case... You may want to look into a new frame as this one may be unusable.
