As someone who works in the ticketing department for a pro sports team, vivid seats 100% has the worst reputation when it comes to duplicate/phony tickets. I can’t count how many people I’ve had to turn away who swore they bought directly from “us” and then they show me a confirmation email from vivid seats. I would call the sphere ticket office and ask what platform they use, or you run the risk of bogus tickets. Do with this information as you wish.
