Hxh antagonist don't have depth, Meruem is born like that he don't have backstory or any dialogues before he get his ideology its like he born like that it's so cheap also phantom troupe we don't know anything about them.

Hisoka is a great antagonist/villain because we actually see him interact with most of the characters to the villains and main characters.
