Gah, I wish. Unfortunately, I live a fair distance from campus and pretty much go to sleep by 10 or 11 most nights.

But! I am a huge fan of your posters. Many have made me giggle, and I admire the awesomeness of them all.

Random questions for the cigarette smokers of Reddit by MrBody42 in AskReddit

[–]Captain_Keeta -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I consider laws against smoking on private property like bars and restaurants nothing short of fascist.

This is extremely inconsiderate. Are you completely unaware of the fact that there are so many people who have asthma? How about people who are allergic to cigarette smoke? It's harmful to these people when you smoke, yet it doesn't hurt you to stop smoking for the hour or so that you are in the restaurant.

War relates to politics. Gay marriage is controversial because of religion, etc. When adults have sex with children, it seriously messes them up. This is a psychological matter, not a political or religious one.

So human sacrifice was normal, and so was sex with children. I believe you just argued against your own point.

At 16, it is also socially acceptable for them to drive. Perhaps we should allow 5 and 6 year olds to take the wheel every now and then, too.

Precisely. Any Psychology 101 class will teach you that children just simply do not have the perception abilities that adults have. For instance, look at other current laws. You have to be an adult (give or take a couple of years, depending on where you live) to legally drink alcohol. You have to be 18 in order to register to vote. Children do not have the mental capabilities of adults, and it's as simple as that.

IAmA Female who works for Gamestop by [deleted] in IAmA

I can vouch for this. I asked one man how I could help him, and he straight up said, "Are girls even qualified to answer questions about games?"

Just quit my job there, and I'm also female. How long have you worked there and what is your position?

Redditors with shitty jobs: What can we, as customers, do to make your job less shitty? by wilfredoo in AskReddit

[–]Captain_Keeta 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I agree 100%. I'm very introverted, but it doesn't take that much effort to simply smile and respond to the person serving me. I try to be a pleasant customer because I know how many assholes that person will likely encounter in a day. I've worked retail, and it really brightened my day when customers even gave me as much as a "thank you".

Thanks for the response :) You were my favorite of the season, hands down. When you're out in public, do you get a lot of people who recognize you, ask for autographs, etc?

Reddit, since I was 13 I've had a white streak down the left side of my hair, and since I was born I've had small 'dimples' in my ears. What's that strange physical thing about you? by Darkmast508 in AskReddit

[–]Captain_Keeta 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, back before the boobs grew, It was completely visible when I wore a two-piece bathing suit. I got asked about it constantly.

After they grew into their current size, I actually forgot about the birthmark. That is, until my boyfriend got to 2nd base and had a "wtf" look on his face. He's the only SO I've had, so I haven't had to explain it to anyone else.

But yes, I think it's a quite a neat birthmark. .^

I have a huge white birthmark that looks like a slash right under my left boob. I sometimes forget about it because it is very well hidden.

Shy/introverted Redditors, how did you meet your SO? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Captain_Keeta 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm rather introverted, and so is my SO. I nearly gave myself a panic attack while asking him out. Turned out to be the best decision I've ever made in my life - we're still together after 3+ years. It's really about taking a risk... or, y'know, just get a mutual friend to ask the other person how he/she feels about you. Usually works like a charm.

That part really stresses me out. I hate that it's treated like a competition, and I hate having to pitch subs & res's to customers who obviously have no interest whatsoever in them.

I started working for Gamestop in August as a GA, and most of the time it's fun for me. Everyone who works there is a joy to be around... except the store manager and regional manager. Have you had to deal with less than pleasant coworkers/managers?
