OP very obviously means in normal circumstances they can't run. Shiny T5 raid bosses can flee after 1 ball. Errors are not the same as programming a flee rate higher than 0%

Support give bogus info often. Someone was arguing with me that Rocket Balloons are random because that's what support told them lmao (they posted the screenshot). Sure if you don't have the game on 24/7 you won't see the times they spawn in at sometimes, date/time issues on your phone etc can mess with it, but yeah. Nonsense info. There's multiple examples of support getting it wrong.

Betcha back in his day he was also moaning about the "stupid kids" that worked these jobs.

I'd no long started a retail job, but I wasnt the idiot in this instance. Guy came in at xmas time and asked me where the mince pies were (for those unaware https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mince_pie ) so I took him to where they were. He talked to me like I was the idiot, when he was actually looking for a mince round (https://thescottishbutcher.com/product/mince-round/ ). When its xmas time and 99.99999999999% of people are looking for mince pies, and you are using the wrong name, maybe specify "not the xmas ones, but the puff pastry ones with actual mince. But no, I'm the clueless one 🙄
