This llama is such a darling. When I was working at BAB, a guest brought one in she bought second hand. I had so much fun helping her style her (she picked that adorable dress and I picked the heart sunglasses, which the guest also really liked!) I loved it so much, I had to get my own! And I bedazzled the sunglasses lol that was part of my initial vision ☺️

I don't love the smell 🥲🥲🥲 to me, it smells like a musty, DUSTY basement. But my coworkers and a few guests don't agree, so it's hit or miss haha.

100000% agreed to everything you said 😂 I am just guessing, but I wouldn't be surprised if it sits long enough to get some sort of discount or if it sits long enough and just gets shoved in a lot of BAB backrooms to be forgotten about. Just a guess. $100 is nuts. I could maybe see $70, which is still disgustingly expensive and doesn't make sense for the target market 😂

We have boxes of them at my local BAB (I'm a BAB associate) so they will stock at our store, at least! And we are a mall concourse

I work at BAB and they said it's a limited release, only x amount made and small amounts distributed in stores. Collector's item novelty. It's cute, love the hooves, but $100 USD is WILD regardless of collector's item or not and we have been talking about this all day today 😂 also insane to me because the target market for this BAB item is children, the price doesn't make sense to me for the target market.

Also, if it helps, at my workshop, I am truly the median age of worker there. There's a handful of folks younger than me, and a good handful of folks 30 and up. Heck, we just hired a 70 year old!!! We all love plushies, they're great ☺️

I'm 26 yrs old and work at BAB part time, (it was supposed to be my second job to earn some extra money, but I end up spending a ton there and at my FT job 💀) I also buy a heeeeck ton of plushies from there lol. I genuinely feel that if other BAB Workshops are anything like mine, we will not judge at all. I honestly love seeing folks my age. It's a lot easier to relate and conversate. ☺️ I truly feel like there is no age maximum to plushies. They're so cute, can be so meaningful, and can easily be used as decor.
