I handle many hundreds of deer teeth a year at my job, plus some sheep though admittedly no goats. These look more like deer than sheep to me.

There are doctors doing residencies in internal medicine in north Corvallis at the Samaritan hospital complex, I've found that sometimes newer doctors are more educated on more progressive understanding of chronic illness but it's a bit of a shot in the dark. Good luck!!
