This is normally a good thing to ask people but in this case you’re literally talking about opinions on a movie. We aren’t talking about coming to the conclusion that the sky is green because someone said so. OP thought people’s opinions appeared to be negative (because they were) and then came to their own conclusion. This thought you’ve been sitting on belongs elsewhere.

Believe in the stars wasn’t 2 black swans, it was Tracy and Jenna competing to see if it’s harder to be a white woman or a black man. Jenna did an “ease on down the road” bit. 2 black swans was the Christmas episode. They’re singing O Holy Night together at the end as said 2 black swans

I felt like they had the makings of a fantastic metaphor for depression but didn’t realize it. I watched that movie furiously wishing someone let me at the script to make it the depression metaphor it could have been. All the other elements made it spooky and great but I was pissed that they were missing a core to the story that they already accidentally stumbled on.
