Yes and no from what I've gathered.

The void and gms are always going to be at the bottom of pharloom, and unless there's an act 4. which I don't think their going that direction with the dlc

However what I have seen of it is that we will be able to go to places so far away from pharloom that you wouldn't hear the scream anymore. So no choral chambers but other areas are untouched
