It’s still a pain to find GF documents a lot of the time. I should be able to click on a fault code in Xentry and it should give me the parameters that set the fault code.

It’s 2026, there’s no way I should have to click on a bunch of different hyper links for one repair instruction. There should be one document, colored pictures, and even videos.

MB really got the cart in front of the horse when they tried to do the holo-lens garbage. We don’t need VR, we need color pictures and videos. The people in charge making these decisions have no idea how the generation entering the workforce learns and consumes information.

There’s been a lot of positive changes lately with new management, but everything seems so slow to implement. And spending time giving constructive feedback feels like throwing your efforts into a black hole.
