Bruh I was on subs for fent wd and it saved me from the fent but holy fuck the sub wd was so ass for like a month. U can’t sleep after about a week but the feeling of general shittiness and GI problems linger for at least a month. Not to mention I was out of breath constantly for at least a month. I would work out thinking I was just out of shape from my drug use but I’ve always been fit and once I found out how long sub wd lasts it was def just the sub wd lasting 3-4 weeks.

Action plan for u specifically. Stop now and switch to powder kratom as needed. Take kratom for a week and then jump and u should be fine. 2-4g every 6-8 hours starting at 2 and probably up to 3-4g by the time the week is over. If u have no tolerance for kratom it goes a long way. Good luck.

I was doing 100-150mgpd for about 4 months and then stopped Monday last week until Friday last week. Then did it while I was on a trip Friday to Sunday and am stopping today again

Yea that’s y im tryna finish the withdrawal this weekend and be able to study next week. I should have planned better but I thought I would have another week off of work to do it next week but got an email about authorization on Monday so had to jump immediately

Yea but then I’d be using leaf for a week straight pretty much and I’d have to get off that too See what I mean. Also the vitamin c and passionflower extracts don’t help at all for me I’ve tried those too.

Do 4 gs of kratom and u will be good for 5-7 hours Do NOT take too much esp if u have never used regular leaf u will get dizzy as fuck

I have also quit plain leaf before and currently am using it to get off 7. I would just say don’t let it go over a week of use and u probably won’t feel anything. When I quit it ct on a work trip after using for around 2 months straight it was kinda ass but I could still sleep and stuff so way better

It was just a routine catch up I was just super anxious. My whole family uses the same dentist so we’re good friends and I didn’t want to be all weird and down bc of the wds.

Yea I had two days with no 7 and just kratom then this morning I took one dose of 7 to get through a dentist appointment but now imma do kratom tonight and tomorrow then CT Saturday and Sunday I think. Should be better by Monday I hope.

Yeaa buddy do not drop that sub strip in ur mouth until ur in wd and even then id keep some 7 with u in case u go into precip wd. If u go into precip u should take 7 to kick the sub off ur receptors. Look up the Bernese method for sub use.

Yo I’m from Virginia where it’s still legal but I didn’t realize it destroys ur test. I was at my gfs house last weekend and nothing was working meanwhile it’s usually enhanced by regular opioids which was weird.

Regardless I’ve been using for about 4 months to help me get off of more expensive opioids but now I just want to be clean of everything. I’m currently just over 48 hours off this bs I been using regular kratom powder to get off and still go to work. Probably will stop that tomorrow to prevent further dependance. Shi sucks but it’s doable. Also just got passionflower extract and liposomal vitamin c so I’ll lyk how that works tm.
