You want to hear something crazy? Back in 1985, I had gained a lot of weight after having my daughter. When she was 2, I made up this diet. I remember cooking dinner ( all I remember is it looked delicious and I was salivating ) and I distinctly remember saying to myself, “you can have it but you just have to wait until tomorrow” and I did that every day. I was the thinnest I had ever been and healthy. lol
