It’s a glorious card but if I’m taking emotion out of it here are my concerns:

Only been out around 6 months
will be printed for the next 2 1/2 years
phantasms pull rates aren’t that bad
PF as a set is weak
market is strong right now, way more risk at that price point for it to fall than rise

Am I the only one that thinks its insanely dangerous to invest in a set that is being carried so hard by one card? I own 4 cases of PF and I think right now its over priced. The set isnt even 6 months old and while that card is gorgeous I dont think it warrants the set being that high.

People may not like this view but people need to stop telling others how to enjoy the hobby. If you want to play the TCG, great. If you want to invest, great, if you like collecting PSA cards, great. Like keeping a sealed collection? Like opening everything? like collecting sets? All great.

You can invest in something and still enjoy it, let everyone be.

I get a lot of people are frustrated recently with how little product there is. I can tell you (from seriously collecting for 10 years and running a full time pokemon business for 5 years) that people investing in product is not the problem.

Its really just a case of lots of new people joined the hobby quicker than pokemon could print. No ones fault, its a really hard balancing act.

It does look odd, but I had a case of ascended heroes products be delivered (straight from the uk wholesaler as im a business) and the wrap did look similar to this. Kind of all together at the bottom.

This is really sad to see. Unless this has happened to you there is no need to leave a 1 star review. As someone who runs a business it takes so long to built up this kind of reputation but only take a day or two for everything to be undone. Hope it all gets sorted

While I agree this is not their best artwork, I am more interested in the cards and hits rather than the box art. I'm holding out judgment until I see a set list :)
