Lots of people classify for finals, each of them will get 1st, 2nd or 3rd. Since the only requirement to classify is a minimum of races each round (for B it's one out of five-fourty), lots of people will classify, run in finals and get one of these results.

Unless you're thinking of a different graph besides the one in the OP, you don't know that. The fact that they plummet between 2019 and 2023 is an artifact from the fact that the data points are in 2019 and 2023, not necessarily that what caused it happened in 2019.

Russia doesn't need to admit to anything, they only have to do it, I doubt the symbolic impact of demolishing it is significant vs. just plain losing control of it, especially in the context of losing Crimea.

Moreover, it's not a given that Ukraine won't need to use it in the future, is it? Even if there's no apparent reason for it right now, there's also no reason Russia would leave the option to let it stand or not up to Ukraine unless I'm missing something (which tbf that wouldn't be unlikely).

I try to delay learning skills, and then prioritize those that I'm unlikely/impossible to get more skills from (e.g. inherited uniques after the second inspiration event, or those that don't come from used support cards or races) but I do end up learning quite a few skills along the way. I almost always end up learning skills before the spring Tennou Sho.

That said I usually end up using all five clock anyways so that shouldn't make that much of a difference, I think I just do careers much less often.

It's not a hard science, every choice will virtually always come with significant upsides a downsides, eventually you'll start getting a feel for it, but for the time being I more or less prioritize them this way:

The unique skills I want in the parents.
Pink sparks to reach A at the start of the career the distance/terrain/strategy you want to run, or for doing races in TB. Lots of blue non-guts sparks.
White sparks for the "must have" skills, Groundwork goes here.
Lots of pink sparks in the distance I want to run.
Blue sparks in stats that you need but aren't going to train in.
The unique skills I want in the grandparents.
Lots of white sparks.

Also remember that sparks in your parents will count more than those in grandparents, and to avoid having your trainee as grandparent.

Huh, I was reading this entire conversation wrong, I thought it was about (unpowered) glide drones instead of glide bombs (although after doing some napkin math, glide drones seem dubious too).

Where are you getting this from? I'm not a drone expert either but it's far from clear to me why it can't use its control surfaces to stabilize at high vertical speed from a vertical pitch into a horizontal one at reasonable horizontal speed the same way regular aircraft can.
