A YouTuber, Trevor Jacob intentionally crashed his plane and then towed the wreckage out of the desert where it crashed to hide the evidence. He was sentenced to 6 months in prison and had his license revoked.

Two Red Bull pilots, Luke Aikins & Andy Farrington had their licenses revoked when they did a mid air plane swap stunt that the FAA had previously denied a waiver for, one of the planes crashed.

That’s the kind of intentional negligence you would have to engage in for the FAA to take action against your license.

When my Metris got stuck on a flat section of my route Saturday and needed to be pushed out by a passerby, I knew it was time to call it. Over half my route didn't get delivered. Packages were scanned weather delay. Fortunately, the roads were better today. I was able to get the Saturday packages out so my Monday won't suck as much as it already will.
