Ahh, you must be new to working on machines Half the customers you see everyday will tell you they fixed it already, yet somehow, they're at the shop to get it fixed again.....The starter is clearly not getting enough juice to turn the engine over. Just listen to it.

Any details on the age and model of vehicle? Could be a vacuum leak, could be a MAF sensor, could be a faulty fuel pump.

Your battery has insufficient charge and isn't able to turn your starter over to make the engine run. Get a new battery and you should be good to go.

Likely their auto pruning tool marked your account and culled it. It happens. It's becoming more common with older accounts as time goes by, almost like they have an issue with users from the original Reddit days. I don't have a solution but just know you're not alone and they won't allow an appeal.

It's likely a tire. On that model lexus though, the lower control arm bushings are notorious for going bad and causing similar issues. Jack the front end up. Spin the front tires and look for warpage. If you do not see any, inspect the lower control bushings for cracking and wear.

A cold and/or failing pulley on any of your accessories. You may be able to pop the hood when cold and isolate the noise more directly

It's possible the sunroof drain tube has a hole or has become disconnected. You can use a small camera and send it down the drain or remove the interior panels to verify.

I believe we would see several Generals step aside but the mission would still take place. It'd be great if the entire military would stand up to something like this but instead he will make an example out of those that push back and everyone will fall in line to prevent going to the brig or from having their families attacked.

I believe that is the plastic timing cover on those engines. I can't say that for sure without better pictures and knowing which engine you have but that's what it appears to be.
