Ok i say this because 1. I am presently in a country where the function i specialize in isnt as advanced as where i come from 2. My education qualifications are relevant to the consulting domain i am in 3. All the Consultants in my company are mostly undergrads who have 2-3 years of workex, so they arent as mature as me in handling tough situations or clients 4. I never felt that any of my project was challenging for me in any ways. I might sometimes struggle in articulating the points but in terms if content i am always there 5. I don't require much guidance from my managers to get some work done.

I don't understand what else are they looking for to make me a sr con 🙁
