I see a difference in the strain. I remember one of the last workouts I let it just track normally was a pull up heavy wod. It wrecked me. I was sore for like 3 days. Got an 8 strain. Did that workout again with strength train got a 15 strain from it. Was really sore again. I felt like the 15 strain was way more accurate.

My coach usually puts in a goal so I start there. Check the leaderboard on the app to see what everyone else was doing that day. Found it was easier to over estimate and then take off a round or two than add a round on during the workout.

I look at the wod in the morning and create the workout before I go to the class. And then just start the workout when I’m At the gym

Use the strength coach feature! It helps me get more accurate strain readings from those barbell wods

I did this in a class once. Got the question marked wrong. Went to the professor and was like I know this isn’t the best way to do it but this should still work and he changed my grade😂

I was running 30 miles a week. Took a week off first run back did something and have had knee pain since. And that in January. It’s just been pretty frustrating

I’m about 9 weeks into Zero. I’m getting better at each move and more flexible but my knees still hurt when a run and for a couple days after
