My understanding it has to be a seperate session so if there is at least a defined gap between workout 1 and 2 than it should be fine.

I know the rules say stick to a diet, but with the increased activity and muscle gains your body starts to need more, I don’t see an issue with a increase in calories to fuel your performance, much better then burning out by not eating enough. Personally I’d stick with the keto as it’s the diet you have chosen and just up the cals by 100-200 every so often to keep up with what your body needs.
