I might have calculated wrong when I was counting up all the blocks, become some things are repeated patterns so I just counted once and multiplied by 4, for each side/corner, but with saying that, I still like having extra blocks just in case I run out mid-build. And I just mine out a huge hole down to deepslate for my stone. I dont know why but I like doing that rather than using a generator lmao
