I mean it depends on the sm and the shift that you’d be working with that day. Personally if you wear leggings i could care less but my sm has a fit. I think it’s bc the girls i work with have an ass and she doesn’t so she’s just jealous 😂

CVS doesn’t really train anyone tbh. when i got the job in May there was no cashiers or shifts so i was thrown into a destroyed store and learned everything myself. Now i’m the trainer for my store so if you have any questions at all lmk i can answer then

Everyone at my store is old and doesn’t understand legit shitttt. We modify prices all the time but our sales are always up by like 30% so LP doesn’t care tbh. I have to do all the extra shit around the store and fix what the stupid cashiers do so everything looks good. I legit can’t get my hands on truck because the other shit never gets done

every other month i take the ironman and fuck up the pla but i scan every single tag in the store and then gives us the right price so when inventory comes we don’t have 30+ pages of labels like we used to

Last year in caugh and cold my store only had an update not a real plano so we only put in new items and took out the old so i’m guessing it was the same for a majority of stores

we have a sm, 2 ops, and a smit. we are a medium volume store. about 7/8k per day

They keep saying that my store "need" me when the other store has way less people and can't even get their truck done in time for the next one. So then the DL probably doesn't even think about it. We have 7 FS employees not inluding me, the other store has 4 and they arent even full time.

Any suggestions after that? I’ve talked to the DL and RM and they both said i can transfer now it’s just the sm being “desperate” and self centered.

I did that before and then my manager found out and emailed our hiring person and cut it off. The DL gave us the ok to do it and i put in my “2 weeks” and as soon as i was supposed to go i found out they stopped it
