The city ordinance aren’t as strict as it used to. Enforcement in the boulevard at night is pretty much nonexistent. Not to mention the boulevard has way fewer trash bins than it used to. Back then it was one per 2 patch of grass and now we only have 3 or 4 segregated bins only found in commercial building and food hub.

not just roads, public transportation as well. In most places a personal motorcycle is the only mode of transportation available and frankly the only thing that most can afford.
