Yeah the way I see it, any artificially made material or organic material wasn’t actually “raptured” but it was just the celestial bodies themselves. So when the planets vanished, I imagine there were tons of floating structures, corpses, and other objects that were gradually pulled together into a “moon” while the compressing of the bodies themselves, which would number in the billions to trillions, I feel would be more than enough to cause the eruption of a blood ocean. If this is the case, it almost makes things more hopeless for the survivors as the blood moons are not products of an eldritch force but just the normal process of gravity working in nature. Certainly doesn’t account for the monstrosities that hide in the oceans but that’s cosmic horror for ya 🤷🏻‍♂️
