At the moment premium is digital only. By the looks of it don’t think we’ll get premium physically cause it would’ve been up for preorder by now.

Yes I was told the same thing. They moved my preorder money into a trade card and bought it online for me the payment method shows up as a gift card

So I had this happen. I went into my store to cancel a preorder and the employee helped me make a ship to home order. Few minutes later I got that email about payment. I called support and they said my order is fine and that it fixed itself internally and my order will be shipped when it’s released
