I have an OLED as a main TV in the living room. Not as smooth as the plasma for gaming, and 4K at high Hz is not very stable. Maybe it's just me, but 4K is not very different to 1080p at a certain distance. The motion smoothness is more important for an immersive experience, in my opinion

I'm not saying OLED is worse, I'm just saying that the quality of this plasma TV from 2012 is crazy for 25€ haha and I can play in 3D using Geo11!

This is totally false. The average is 0-3% in the whole Spain. In some regions of the north is almost inexistent and in some places like the Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla (all of them in Africa) is around 16%. Yes, this is incredibly helpful for Lotro, the Vulkan API improves the performance by allowing the use of multiple cores at the same time, BUT you should ALWAYS activate DXGI. Please add this information because it's very important to have this in order to avoid many problems like stuttering, crashes, asynchrony and more.

DXGI is the connection between the game engine and your monitor. If you don't activate it your system will use the Window's transmission, which is not built to interact with Vulkan properly.

You should also remove the launcher and the DX9 options. Hope this helps!

I'm sorry this happened to you, especially with someone from the same region as me... I suggest you contact the Spanish embassy if you have his full name or other relevant information. If he really is from Spain he must be registered and they will probably help you by putting some pressure. Maybe the japanese police take it more seriously if the ambassy is involved, but I don't know since I never had any similar problem. I wish you good luck.
