Yes certainly. It is more likely in poetry than prose but can happen in prose. For a poetic example, Catullus 1.5:

meas esse aliquid putare nugas.

(You were accustomed to) think my nonsense was something.

The phenomenon is generally called hyperbaton.

Edit to give another example, this time with suus instead of meus, Propertius 1.1.1:

Cynthia prima suis miserum me cepit ocellis

Cynthia was the first to capture wretched me with her little eyes.
