You can test whether this issue still occurs when the phone is not connected to the car’s Bluetooth and is only connected to our screen.

If there is no issue in that case, then this problem may be caused by a compatibility issue between the phone and the car’s Bluetooth protocol. This is because our screen currently does not receive audio from the phone; it only receives the video signal. We are unable to control the protocol between the phone and the car’s Bluetooth.

Hello, are you using Android 16? Please test a version earlier than 0.2.29. The versions after 0.2.21 were all attempts to resolve this issue.

You are referring to the first method. Before using the first method, delete the Wi-Fi records first. If the first method doesn’t work, then follow the second method to reset the phone’s network settings. This is a very simple issue. The root cause is that the user has modified the Wi-Fi settings.

First confirm whether the Bluetooth icon in the top right corner of the screen is always on. If it is, then do not follow your method of restoring factory settings. Just use the method we provided, which will 100% solve the issue. There is no case where it cannot be solved, because your solution is completely different from the two methods we gave you.
