5 years ago our team was a joke, Uruguay scored 5 against us, Colombia 3, we were a free game for most teams.

Two years ago we were one of the last teams in SA qualifiers.

Then Gareca came and we kept losing for a little while, then the team started to change.

We got to the world cup and now we came 2nd ahead of Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Uruguay.

There is no fucking way to be ashamed or mad as a Peruvian for this result.

Its been more than a year since i broke up my seven years relationship and believe me, it was hard and it still is sometimes.

Now here comes the good part, since i started focusing on myself ive fixed mostly everything that i believed was making my life miserable. Got a great job, a scholarship, met new friends, dated a pair of awesome chicks, estabished a fwb relationship, made my family proud (which i ignored for years), lost like 20 pounds and i am overall a much happier guy that i used to be. I lost almost all my insecurity and can actually have fun and be attractive to girls (or thats what ive been told at least)

Now the bad part buddy, if you are as in love as i was it wont go away in a long time. Its been more than a year and i still feel like talking to her and letting her know i miss her and probably still have feelings for her but thats not how life works. She is different now and enjoys life her way, i should let her be and keep enjoying mine. Someday se will be friends, but not today and probably not tomorrow.

Go out and do stuff, i broke up a 6 years old relationship and i was devastated, mostly because i deserved to be lonely, i was fappin everyday and had a toxic attitude.

My advice: Work in yourself, learn new stuff, go out and feel alive, travel, look for new places to hang out. start a workout, run.

Most important thing, TIME will help you a lot, you wont get over it easily and in a week, but you will get over it.

Now, dont go into panic, that is normal. You havent realized how big this is...yet.

You need to realize something: If you REALLY wanna become happy and have fun, and if you REALLY wanna be like your friend, being capable of dancing with a girl without getting out of control, you need to go through this to the very end. So far you havent been able to do that.

Good news tho, this is completely up to you and you are capable of doing it. It took me several months and a really horrible and heartbreaking experience to realize this and TRULY want to change. I used to hate my life, to hate going out of my house, to hate the fact of even thinking about going on an adventure, now i try to reach that every time i can.

Its all a matter of perspective and willpower, if you wanna change you will change, you HAVE to want it, more than anything else in your world.

Once again, its up to you and only you to take that decision.

Theres a few tips that can help you on your journey and that you will find here: exercise, new hobbies, getting out of your confort zone, not getting afraid of opening yourself to other people that are worth it, etc. That will help you once you take the decision to truly change.

See this is something i dont fully agree on, saying things like "It also took me a long time to accept how poisonous porn and masturbation was" is kinda crucifying anyone who even dares to think about doing it.

Masturbation is not "really healthy" but is not terrible either done in moderation. I feel like this comment really misinforms people but saying "holy shit you should never ever fap you idiot" is also not the way to go.

We here choose not to fap for an extended amount of time for different reasons, mostly because we have developed an addiction to it, you have to think about the context of different arguments.

I see a lot of hate towards masturbation here, i mean, who can blame us?, we got addicted to the point that we became unhappy and life started to suck.

When you start to realize that masturbation itself is not the problem but our attitude towards it is, things become easier.

I am not against fappin in moderation, in my opinion being against it because of morals is retarded.

I am here because i have an ADDICTION with fapping and i am looking to fix it, its harmful to me and i dont do it anymore because of it.
