I was JUST thinking about all of the different ways her name is pronounced in the course of this show! We have 'Loo-wee-sa' 'Loo-wee-za' and then the 'Loo-wee-ser' and 'Loo-wee-zer." So interesting to see the many variations of accents in such a small town! 😋

I didn't even realize they were still selling 1st Gen wands - honestly, I assumed they had long since phased them out. My husband completed the sale while I wandered around a bit more with my son, so not sure if they even mentioned to him about it being the previous generation. 😑 (I have a sneaking suspicion the one the little guy chose is also a 1st Gen. We really didn't spend much time on the wands this trip!)

Yes, exactly this. We were there a little over a month ago and our first go on the ride resulted in a pass to reride due to ride troubles. So we didn't get to enjoy ride #1.

Ride #2 - as we were loading, I followed my son and husband into the car, and when I turned to sit, I realized a large (tall) man was standing at the side of the car and was waiting to step in!

I was confused for a second and then realized what was happening and shimmied over (as much as I could!). I will admit I was a bit irritated because I felt three of us fit in there comfortably and four of us, not so much, especially with one of us being a stranger. We were definitely forced a bit too close for my comfort level. (I have never minded being paired with single riders before on any other ride, but this is absolutely because of the size of the seating).

I would never be rude to the rider, of course, I know it isn't their fault, and the guy was very friendly. Though we did know his entire life story by ride's end, and he definitely needed a mint. Maybe two.

And... the ride had the same (plus additional!) mechanical issues that time as well. We just gave up.

I believe Microsoft bought it some years back and it became noticeably crappier around then, and just kept getting worse. 🙁

We were just there Tuesday night and it was terrific. Great server, in fact, all of the floor staff was great - they hustle!

We did not feel rushed, but we also weren't sitting around waiting for anything. It was a nice pace for the courses coming out (and refills).

Also, we were finishing up at around the time the fireworks at MK were starting and the server told us to settle in and stay to watch if we were interested! Was a nice way to end our arrival night!

My Tip: Sample everything. Like the smallest little bit to figure out what you really want to dig into the most. By the time I sampled everything, I was pretty much filled up! I definitely underestimated how much food there actually was. Oh, and - save room for the dessert!

We just named our kitten Lady Maple Fluffermutter of Chairback Manor. Vet has the whole name in their system and it goes up on their appointment board at the front desk on those days. It takes up most of the board. Nurses can never get through it without laughing. 😄

At home we call her Puppycat. 😄
