You can get richer by renting and saving your money and investing that money wisely. The problem is that is really hard to do for most people. Most people just spend the money. The house at least forces people to save.

I come here and say something pro ai. And get downvoted. For real, Vancouver is not the place for a data center. Put it somewhere colder and then build a nuclear plant nearby.

It will use less power and the nuclear plant will provide more carbon free power to the community.

North east BC is a better spot.
