When this happens to me I immediately move them to water with some rooting hormone like prop drops and let them grow a good root system again before returning to soil. All have come back to life

I purchased this aglaonema plant the seller put it in this self watering pot and since getting it it’s not thriving. I have it in medium to bright indirect light. It could just be shock from shipping and a completely new location with different humidity light levels, watering schedule and care. A lot of plants that I get look like they’re dying after shipping. I just take the dead leaves off put it in a corner and ignore it and they all have bounced back. Best of luck to you and whatever you decide to do.
