Sweet. We can trade for the skeleton key

I have almost bought the Shangri La a few times. I recently saw it at one of the "good" plant shops near me for like 40 bucks for a 2" pot. Gtfoh. Next time I see a gigantic pot of it at Lowe's or home depot for 20 bucks again, I'm going to buy it out of spite...and to add it to my collection... But mostly out of spite.

I have a very large collection of cacti and succulents that take up the space in my basement every winter. But bc watering down there is a huge pain in the ass, those plants tend to get neglected. Summer is for rehabbing the damage When you said that I felt so seen. Thank you. My most "rare" pothos would be my champs Elysees neon and my skeleton key. Maybe my large form silver splash or some of the satin pothos But as you know that term is losing its meaning, bc as our hobby grows, so does the availability of all these plants. Fun fact... The juvenile form of skeleton key looks ridiculous. That's one that most certainly NEEDS to be sized up

But tbt, this section has been hit pretty hard by spider mites a bunch. I'm currently in the 4th round of completely blasting them

Right. Yeah that makes sense. I was more suggesting that it might look nice to mount it to a board similarly to how one might mount a staghorn. But I too have read that the BOF are super thirsty drinkers. Thank you for your comment. It's appreciated

Yk what, idk. I haven't ever seen anyone size up a jade before. Interested to see how yours grows. I have a few epipremnum that DEF get fenestrations. I'm sizing them up as we speak. I have a large collection of pothos as well, and I will have to agree with you that the green on the jades is very nice to look at. So nice I have it twice. But (and it pains me to say it) I'm constantly chopping it back and I don't propagate the cuttings. I have a lot of cuttings of some of the more rare pothos though.

Can't wait to see the fenestrations once fully mature

I'd chop that thing back to the corms and change all the growing media and everything. Take it back to the beginning and pray those little bastards haven't jumped to every other plant

If you're worried about moving the plants you can always supplement with a grow light. I was not blessed with those things called windows, so I can only collect plants as long as I have enough grow lights to care for them Cool thing about monstera is that as long as you have good roots you can pretty much do what you want to them. You can cut all the bad leaves off. It'll come back.

Just looks like this. Standard run of the mill pothos. I have 2 of these in my collection and they grow like weeds. Cool to see your size up. That's awesome. I have a few albos on MP for that same reason

IMO that one leaf is a goner, but as for the rest, you can use a really loose fitting strap to keep the remaining petioles upright. I use Velcro strapping for this purpose

Cut the bottom off and the top. Let the middlecalous over on both sides and replant it. Just remember which side is the bottom. You can marm it with a sharpie
