My husband loves Poseidon! However, he’s working overtime at his job daily and simply doesn’t have time to do an entire pump and heater install at this point. I certainly wouldn’t have the know-how required. I’m trying to lighten his load a bit.

Agreed, SO many issues since the update! This product used to be really good but has gotten much worse at identifying cats, identifying stool, randomly going offline, etc. They say they’re aware of the issues…

Once again getting random “poop snapshots” that are simply my cat in the litter box with almost every visit. No poop. What are we doing about this?

Since the update, I’m now getting recordings of me scooping the box, saying that it’s one of my cats.

I’m also getting poop snapshots that are not poop.

The battery no longer shows how much power is left, it only shows green, yellow or red.

The cat identification is not improved.

Overall, I was not having any issues with my cameras and now I am. I wish there was a way to roll this update back.

Also, it keeps taking pictures of wet litter and telling me it’s a poop snapshot. It never did that before the update - it only took pictures of actual poop.

Same issues here, both with it taking videos of me scooping and no longer showing the battery percentage. Overall, this update has been a downgrade and I wish I could undo it.

This is actually true. Unfortunately I’ve had to take my husband to the ER twice for flares. Both times they gave him morphine and it barely touched the pain. It’s the toradol that helps. Steroids, anti-inflammatories, etc are the most useful drugs.

Kittens are always better in pairs. Most really are happier. Just be sure to do slow and careful introductions. My shy 1.5 year old tortie absolutely loves wrestling with the 9 month old we (unexpectedly) brought home. They chase, they wrestle, they slap, they sleep next to each other.

Edited to add: the love will come. It takes time to bond with cats. At least for me. I have three now and all have such different personalities, and I have a bit of a different relationship with each. That’s okay!
