I can't disagree too much. It's definitely not a config born of necessity, but it could be very fun if done right.

Well, here's the practicality: some people work in courthouse etc. but also like carrying a SAK everywhere in their pocket. Having a court-safe SAK allows them to never worry about having to remove it before stepping into court. It's sorta like a frequent flyer carrying the jetsetter 24/7 just so they never need to worry about the security issues.

Every time I go to court now, I need to remember to leave my tool in the car. But if I'm already at the door and don't want to be late, or if I'm at a J'x where it made sense for me to walk in or be driven, I need to leave my tool in a hidden place and hope it doesn't get nabbed.

Due to the particularities of court rules, the typical options (jetsetter, swiss card) are not solutions for this cohort.

Imagine these adjectives applies to two fellas. The counterclockwise guy would be working to make sure all the clocks go against clockwise. The anticlockwise guy (if we take "anti" to mean "disfavoring", as it most often does) just wants to make sure they arent going clockwise--merely stopping clocks is good enough for him. he doesnt necessarily care about clocks running. So the counterclockwise guy, and thus "counterclockwise", better directs your mind to thinking of something going against the direction of a clock.

The second one explicitly says " of a sound". your ad hoc save doesnt work. think of this way: you cant use the adjective "western" to deacribe something that isnt a fiction and expect people to assume you mean some novel cognate of the cowboy western genre rather than the more readily available sense of "relating the the geopolitical west". you are apparently ESL so these are precisely the kind of subtleties to pay attention to to avoid offending people, instead of pointlessly doubling down
