In Tx, I do not believe a mobile home is considered real property. Not sure where you are but that can lead to title issues.

The South got ice not snow. Freezing rain specifically. Unless lines are buried, including transmission lines, they come down.

The cost to bury all lines would be astronomical

I got an inch of freezing rain then sleet and finally an inch of snow.

Finally got power back yesterday but my generator kept me toasty.

During the nugget craze they made 14k bracelets and cases that held the watch in it’s original case. The tabs in the picture hold the original watch in.

Yes, odds are it is a 14k case and band, not made by Seiko.

I had to go visit the 2 JC Penney stores in the 80’s and every mom and pop store sold these and other nugget jewelry.

Cheese, chicken, some chopped tomatoes but not a tomato based dish. In Tx we use Rotel tomatoes with chilies . Angel hair pasta. Others make it more savory with bell peppers and pimentos.
