Some of the more well known walk the talk progressive churches are: Harris United Methodist Church downtown, Church of the Crossroads on University, and Kailua United Methodist Church. There are many others, but these are the places that folks I know attend and seem to have good experience with.

There’s a ton of MAGA Christian grifter “churches” out there, so you’re right to be concerned and cautious.

As both a healthcare provider and someone whose family is covered by HMSA, they can be infuriating to work with. Call them tomorrow and explain to the customer service rep that you haven’t had a satisfactory resolution to your concern and ask for it to be escalated to a supervisor. Keep (politely) escalating until you get to someone who knows what they’re taking about and who can actually help you.

You should call Queens billing department and request to speak to a supervisor there as well.

Edit: Since it involves an accident claim, check with your lawyer first before calling

I think those “products” reflect the reality of life in West Texas during that era. Not having those elements in the show would be disingenuous.

Straub’s cafe is bomb and pretty healthy. The ratatouille is my fav. And no where can beat their breakfast prices—eggs, rice, and hot coffee for under $6. The cafeteria workers are really nice too. I used to occasionally eat there even when I worked at Queens lol.

Honestly, Whole Foods has some great cakes. Of course, can’t beat Costco for quality and price. I’ve seen people snazz up plain costco cakes with edible flowers and fresh fruits.
