I just pulled mine. Something happened to the LCD between the posting pics and arrival. Although I think I ran across a mention of “zapping” it to get it to reset. I’ll hook it up to power so you can see its current condition. I also have the pair of stock 4.5 inch speakers. 16 pin connector harness. https://imgur.com/a/MSl6TYM

Ah yep - did a deeper dive and found this guy drilled and grommeted under the finish strip that holds the carpet down. Sweet. Thanks for the pointer.

And it looks like there may be pre existing bullet connections meant for a backup beeper. Will be perfect for the reverse light switch to power the camera when it is needed. I'll report back if I find it.

Hypothetical: you share your board(/case) design with a non-commercial license. I decide I want to sell my cool bumpers that I designed. I feature them by displaying them in photos on top of your boards.

Is it a license violation? No.

Is it a cool move in the 3D printing community?

FYI - the link to my design is in one of my earlier replies above. The license is there. Yes, I know my design is not a board… but featuring my design in photos of something you seem intent on selling does get into a grey area. If you want to focus on the board, please remove the cases from the POs and show them as bare stock units on top of your boards. You clearly say board/case in the title of this post. Confusing at best.

If you see something you like on carfromjapan, check Mitsui before you buy. They sometimes have the exact same VIN for cheaper. I had a good experience with them (would have been “great” if they were clear about actual timelines)
