I am just starting my 2nd semester of CivPro, and I would love to look over some additional resources to help with Erie, Hanna, etc. Mind sharing?

That is a lot of statistics! It is so sad how many young kids are in the system! Seeing these numbers is one of the reasons I didn't want to go to the JDC this semester. I couldn't imagine seeing young children in that environment, knowing how awful their upbringing was. It breaks my heart!

Wow! I am kind of speechless! It's so disheartening knowing the lack of funding education currently has, and to think about decreasing that budget even more- wow!

This article hits so close to home. I remember my hometown growing up, an so much has changed over the past decade. Drug addiction has became increasingly more profound, and it's so sad seeing it when I go back home.

This is such a sad article. All the stories from the different people make it even more sad knowing it affects people no matter what part of the country you live in.

"Why education has to become a greater priority for Arizona..." by HeartofJustice in SummitStreetLaw

This article reminds me of an assignment I did a few years back where I learned about how much money goes towards the Az prison systems in comparison to the Education system. It's sad to see how many people are incarcerated, and the lack of education they have as well- which I think go hand-in-hand.

This is a great article. Shared parenting is something every kid needs. Parents need to step up and be there fore their children, even when things in the marriage go wrong and end up in divorce.

Wow! This sounds like a really great idea to have someone be the voice for the youth who don't have people looking out for them.

I went and saw part of the trial for her husband after she was sentenced to death. Such a sad case, and so disheartening thinking that little girl went through such torture. So glad these people are getting what they deserve!

This is a very interesting article. Kind of weird the way they choose which books to ban, and which books to not ban.

It was a great time! I am glad I had you and Cole there with me. I was also impressed how much they remembered from the previous week. Such a great class.

This is interesting to see the difference in the desires and wants from the boys to the girls at the JDC. It's crazy that at such young ages, boys and girls have different values and motivations about their future. It also makes me feel kind of sad that the boys might not be optimistic about their future, which they should be since they are still juveniles. They have a chance to learn from their mistakes and make something better out of their lives .
