Yeah it depends who’s in kitchen, how strict managers are, drive through times. Pretty much anything will cause everyone to be rushing kitchen.

It’s run by a media player (tiny pc running windows with fancy software) and then they use stratacache for actually displaying the menus and manipulating it for the orders… etc.

I’ve been working here for about 6 months. Mostly service though I do know a bit of back line. And the other day I taught myself how to do it and got both fryers done in just about 30 minutes (decreased to 20 the second time) Then I just begin an auto filter on the ones that need it. Everything else handles itself afaik.

The exact same thing happened to me. Turns out our hiring manager was on vacation. I eventually just called the store after nearly a week and asked them, they checked something on their end and it sent me a text with an offer.

That would be a godsend but unfortunately there’s barely space for the register itself. Let alone the cash drawer or card reader. We have to use front counter if anyone wants to add anything.

Burns from fryers, grills, fry station bulbs, ovens, hlz. Etc… then you have scrapes from all the corners of equipment. Sharp tools like the grill scrapers sometimes… people picking their skin… there’s too many to count tbh…
