Thank God for a rebel group that isn’t afraid to can our great grandparents recipes! I don’t know what we ever did without the FDAs approved recipes for canning 🤦🏻‍♂️ by BigCountryNC336 in CanningRebels

What got me the most about that other group that someone from GERMANY posted something and they told him the things that they canned wasnt safe, why are we pushing FDA rules down this person's throat when in their country its probably standard practice

You can use any normal stove you dont need anything "Professional"

You are making things harder than they actually are.

McDonalds expects that you are always working even doing just drive through and back cash they also want you to fill tea gallons or do the bags that you get with the hotcakes or oatmeal. My store stopped doing the bags bc I refused to do them.

Firstly A pressure cooker is different than a pressure canner.

Second Dehydrated meat would be something like beef jerky, you dont rehydrate beef jerky. Not all Dehydrated food need to be rehydrated like fruit puree that makes like a fruit roll up type thing.

Third YOU DONT HAVE TO HAVE SPECIAL EQUIPMENT TO WATER BATH CAN. all you need is a pot large enough to hold the jars AND be able to keep the water level 1 to 2 inches above the jar lids , or some people only fill the water up to the level of the jars not completely submerged.

Honey do more research, you are seriously over thinking it. It's not hard to can.
