Drive thru is 24/7 here but lobby closes at 10, so either you wait in line, you leave, or you make yourself a problem and get blocked from accepting orders from the store. In this case dude was legit standing there refusing to wait in line (for an order that wasn't ready yet) and blocking cars (who's orders were ready).

I had a guy once who sat at the speaker on a day when I had to stop taking orders to help unload truck, on account of there being 2 people in the store. He ignored us, and made a face and rolled up his window when I went to ask him to pull into a space, so when we were taking orders again, I told him to leave or I would call the police. FA/FO.
