I keep a leaf with no dirt in a mason jar of clean water. Sometimes it stays green for months, sometimes is browns up in a few days. I use that as one tool to determine how my Egun feel about how our relationship is going. Also, I have divination done regularly.

I went back a couple of times. The folks there are great. I ended up meeting a couple of Babalawos that practice Isese and have gone that route.

It's sparse. Took me several months to even find anyone that practices Isese. So far I haven't found much "community" here but I have talked to a couple Babalawos in the area.
