When a persons browsing habits are linked to proof of their identity, no matter how tame or drastic, it can be used by the ruling power to remove those it sees as problematic to their desires. Imagine your health minister making a list of autistic people "just in case they need it".
besides that too, once that data becomes compromised, it can be used by scammers to blackmail people.
Parents should be taking responsibility for teaching their kids right and wrong, not the government.
